All Victorian Region members of the Packard Car Club of Australia are invited to 2 Attercliffe Road, Pascoe Vale, Victoria to participate in the Regions's Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting will commence at 2:00 pm. The primary purpose of this meeting is to elect the Committee for 2021. All Committee positions will be declared vacant at the commencement of the election of officers and we are looking for active members to join the committee to guide the Region through the coming year. The AGM usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes.
The AGM will be followed by a General Meeting to discuss events for the year and deal with any general business that is included on the agenda. This is expected to take about one hour.
The meetings will be followed by afternoon tea. Please bring a plate to share.
